This plan is designed for growing call centers of 25 agents or more. The Platform fee covers all of our technology and tools and a discounted administrative markup.
Enterprise
This plan is designed for centers with 75 or more agents. The Platform fee covers all of our technology and tools at a discounted rate as well as a steep discount for additional agents and administrative markup.
Monthly Base Platform fee : $6,400
Technology Fee Per Agent: $125 (First 20 are included in the base fee)
Administrative Markup : 22%
Monthly Base Platform fee : $7,500
Technology Fee Per Agent: $110 (First 25 are included in the base fee)
Administrative Markup : 18%
Monthly Base Platform fee : $10,000
Technology Fee Per Agent : $90 (First 75 are included in the base fee)
